Portraits of: Barcelona

Raimon is a Catalun artist. I was walking back to my apartment one evening when he turned around, noticed me, and asked if he could draw me. In the end, I photographed him but wasn’t drawn.

And your dream?
To create something that lasts often.

The best thing that has happened to you?
To live.

One thing you would like to change? (It can be about anything)
The way some people react to some things. Life should be easy.

One thing you don’t want to change? (It can be about anything)
What was, and what remains, from Barcelona 20 years ago.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
In a house where I have a studio to work, in the country, but not too isolated from the city. I like Barcelona, too.

Favorite things about Barcelona?
Its weather. The days when [the] world seems to change in spring and autumn. Its streets filled with green bold trees in spring…

Things you don’t really like about Barcelona?
Its dirtyness [sic], its eagerness to like to tourists
